Hey, i'm nicole

A little bit about me

I’m a Connecticut based photographer who loves the art
of storytelling. Quaint places, people and beautiful light have always inspired me. My background is rooted In film and has heavily influenced the way I shoot. I’m a huge fan of shadows and honest details. I find that simply documenting the way I see and feels things is what I’m truly passionate about.

Welcome to my little corner of the web!

I'm a Halloween enthusiast with a love for all things spooky. I share my home with my husband, Bryan, and our two cats (who I’m totally obsessed with—sorry, Bryan). When I’m not hunting for hidden treasures at thrift stores or adding to my art collection, you’ll find me indulging in dark chocolate or chasing thrills on rollercoasters. While I’m passionate about many things, my favorite place to be is at home, surrounded by fur-babies and enjoying a horror movie marathon."

Where it all started

I've always been drawn to the overlooked places around me. I spent years experimenting in portraiture with film and digital, creating cinematic-inspired scenes. Over time I have discovered what truly makes an impacting photograph. When images can ask more questions rather than give answers is when you have something truly special. Using this cinematic style has allowed me to transform the traditional portrait into an art form for couples and families.
